THE BEGINNING OF OUR JOURNEY TO SUCCESS

Our journey began 30 years ago as an extension of the “Capital Guide Real Estate office”in eastern Riyadh. We specialized in managing, leasing, and selling all types of real estate assets. Over these years, we managed and constructed numerous residential and commercial projects.
